Changing the background

with PSP8 beta

I started doing this lesson, but ended up somewhere completely lost.....

the original (smaller)

  1. Select the girl (freehand, point to point, feather 5)
  2. invert selection
  3. fill with some texture, almost white, little structure
  4. delete selection
  5. duplicate layer
  6. use soft focus
  7. some filter.... I think it was ECWS
  8. play with blend modes
  9. duplicate again and use eraser
  10. something like this......
